These are called scrunch potlis because when you pull the strings they get scrunched up so they look very pretty. The diameter is 16″ and 18″ for the bigger one but when scrunched up they become smaller. They are good for putting dry fruits or other eatables and the potli can easily take the shape of the item you put inside it.
