1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Craft By Supriya products within India. If you are located outside our shipping zone, please contact us at supriya@craftbysupriya.com to discuss potential shipping options.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Custom orders or large quantities may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you.

3.Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Free Shipping = 7-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors such as weather, logistical issues, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the delivery location, and the total weight/size of the items ordered.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number through WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier attempts to deliver your package and you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a notice or contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt. In some cases, the package may be returned to us if delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

If a package is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts

You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos and Videos of the damaged package (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
