Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Craft By Supriya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with the quality of crafts and gift items. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

a. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

b. Non-Returnable Products

• Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with.
• Products purchased more than 7 days ago.

c. Process for Returning Products

• After confirming the eligibility of the return, we will provide instructions for returning the product to our designated warehouse or office.
• The product must be shipped back to us in its original condition, along with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product was found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The returned product passes our inspection and meets all the return eligibility requirements.

b. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or damaged.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled under the following conditions:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

b. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have been shipped or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

c. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order cancellation is approved within the eligible period, you will receive a full refund within 10-15 business days via your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team at supriya@craftbysupriya.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and issue a replacement or refund after verifying the damage or defect.

a. Conditions for Replacement

• The damage or defect must have occurred before the product was delivered to you.
• The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.
